About us. This store is operated by AiroCloud, based in Melbourne, Australia.

Products and pricing. We sell the AiroCloud automatic ironing machine and related accessories. All prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We aim to display product information, pricing and availability accurately, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change prices at any time before you place an order.

Orders. When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where stock is unavailable or where we reasonably suspect fraud.

Payment. Payment is processed securely at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Shipping, returns and warranty. Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which both form part of these Terms. Every machine carries a 12-month warranty.

Consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual property. All content on this website is owned by AiroCloud or its licensors and may not be used without our permission.

Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the products or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
