Refund policy

30-day money-back guarantee. We want you to love your AiroCloud. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your machine within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

How to start a return. Email us at support@airocloud.shop with your order number and we will send you return instructions and our Melbourne returns address. Please return items in resaleable condition with the included accessories and, where possible, the original packaging.

Refunds. Original shipping is free. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived faulty or damaged. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Faulty or damaged items. If your machine arrives faulty, or develops a fault within the 12-month warranty period, please contact support@airocloud.shop and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
