Shipping policy

Free shipping across Australia. Every AiroCloud order ships free within Australia, with tracking included.

Dispatch and delivery. Orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse on business days. Tracked delivery typically takes 3 to 8 business days to reach your door, depending on your location. You will receive tracking details by email once your order is on its way.

Where we ship. We currently ship within Australia only.

Delivery estimates. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by the carrier, your location and busy periods. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, email support@airocloud.shop and we will help track it down.

Address accuracy. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
